time winner of the Defence Innovation Organisation's iDEX Challenges, including the India–
US Joint Impact Challenge. We develop indigenous drone swarm technology and deliver

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Intern who enjoys
connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth. You will
work closely with the Business Development team to generate leads, engage potential
clients, support proposal development and contribute to strategic sales initiatives across
government and private sectors.
This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise sales, event technology, drone solutions,
government business and startup operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across corporate, government, defence,
- education, tourism, hospitality and event industries
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, online research, industry databases, and networking platforms
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails and LinkedIn
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM records with lead status and follow-up activities
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and capability documents meetings when required
Preferred Skills
- Support tender identification and business opportunity tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Represent Airbotix at exhibitions, conferences, networking events and client
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Confident in speaking with senior professionals and decision-makers
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, or lead generation tools is a
- plus
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environmentEligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business,
- Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, technology, drones, defence, or event management
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
