About the Role We are looking for confident and motivated US Voice Process / Appointment Setting Executives to join our team in Jaipur. The selected candidates will make outbound calls to prospects in the United States, understand their interest, verify basic eligibility requirements, and schedule qualified appointments for our clients' travel presentations. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to customers in the USA. - Follow an approved calling script and qualification process. - Speak professionally and confidently with prospects. - Ask qualification questions and identify eligible prospects. - Schedule appointments based on available dates and times. - Confirm appointment details with the prospect. - Maintain accurate information in the CRM/system. - Achieve daily and monthly appointment targets. - Maintain high-quality conversations and follow company compliance guidelines. - Follow up with prospects when required. Candidate Requirements - Excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable speaking with US customers. - Ability to understand and follow a calling script. - Confident, positive, and professional personality. - Basic computer knowledge. - Ability to work night shifts according to US business hours. - Previous experience in US telecalling, BPO, sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer service is an advantage. - Freshers with good English communication skills are welcome. Preferred Skills - US accent familiarity is a plus. - Sales or appointment-setting experience. - Ability to handle objections professionally. - Good listening skills. - Target-oriented and self-motivated. - Comfortable working in a team environment. Salary & Incentives - Competitive fixed salary based on experience and communication skills. - Performance-based incentives for qualified appointments. - Additional incentives/bonuses based on team and individual performance. - Salary and incentive structure will be discussed during the interview.
