About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Google Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Google Ads concepts, digital marketing fundamentals, and a willingness to learn and grow in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Improve campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Set up and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Assist in conversion tracking setup using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Analyze campaign data and suggest optimization strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve lead generation and sales goals.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and PPC advertising.
- Knowledge of keyword research and campaign structure.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1+ years of experience in Google Ads or Performance Marketing.
- Internship experience in Google Ads, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing will be preferred.
- Google Ads certifications will be an added advantage.
