Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Head – Residential to lead and oversee end-to-end execution of residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, budgeting, quality control, team management, client coordination, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential construction projects from planning to handover.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Oversee site operations, resource allocation, and workforce management.
- Review project costs and control material consumption and project expenses.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and statutory compliance.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
- Resolve technical and operational issues affecting project execution.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and sales teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure successful project completion and timely handover to customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- Master's degree in Project Management or Construction Management is an added advantage.
- 12–18 years of experience in residential real estate construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per month
