Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and counselling to UPSC aspirants.
- Guide students on exam pattern, syllabus breakdown, study strategy, optional subject selection, and time management.
- Stay updated with UPSC notifications, exam trends, and changes in syllabus/pattern.
- Maintain regular follow-up with aspirants to monitor progress.
- Maintain student records and contribute to improving counselling processes.
