Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
