What You’ll Do
- Identify opportunities: Research creators, experts, founders, brands, and communities aligned with our values.
- Build pipelines: Manage opportunities across beauty, wellness, longevity, healthcare, hospitality, fitness, fashion, luxury, and lifestyle categories.
- Creator collaborations: Execute partnerships ranging from content series to long‑term ambassador programs.
- Brand collaborations: Co‑create products, limited‑edition kits, gifting initiatives, bundled offers, and community experiences.
- Community seeding: Place products into the hands of influential individuals in niche communities.
- Relationship building: Engage with creators, KOLs, industry experts, and community leaders.
- Lead negotiations: Drive outreach, partnership discussions, and execution end‑to‑end.
- Campaign development: Develop concepts, narratives, briefs, and activation plans.
- Cross‑team coordination: Work with brand, content, design, PR, marketing, and B2B teams.
- Experiential activations: Organize events, salon activations, wellness experiences, and educational initiatives.
- Performance tracking: Continuously improve partnership strategy.
- Trend awareness: Monitor emerging creators, communities, platforms, and cultural trends.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–8 years in partnerships, influencer marketing, creator relations, PR, talent management, community building, or business development.
- Creator ecosystem knowledge: Insight into how influence is built across communities.
- Premium instincts: Ability to spot creators and brands aligned with a premium audience.
- Network: Existing connections with creators, founders, experts, agencies, or leaders is a plus.
- Original thinking: Go beyond conventional influencer campaigns.
- Balanced skillset: Move seamlessly between big‑picture strategy and hands‑on execution.
- Communication: Build and manage relationships effectively.
- Organization: Strong project management capabilities.
- Self‑starter: Thrive in entrepreneurial, fast‑moving environments.
