Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executives for B2B & B2C sales operations in Pune location. Candidates having experience in industrial products, construction materials, hardware, electrical or plumbing product sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales:
- Generate leads through field visits, contractor meetings and dealer network
- Build relationships with builders, contractors and industrial clients
- Handle quotations, negotiations and product presentations
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth
B2C Sales:
- Handle walk-in customers and product inquiries
- Explain product features, pricing and usage
- Convert inquiries into successful sales
- Maintain repeat customer relationships
Required Skills:
- Experience in industrial / hardware / construction sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of pipes, fittings, electrical and hardware products preferred
- Field sales exposure preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Qualification:
- Any Graduate
- Sales / Marketing background preferred
Preferred Candidates:
- Experience in construction materials / industrial sales
- Pune-based candidates preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
