About the Role
Rootwise Aesthetics is a premium dermatology and regenerative wellness clinic seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle patient inquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversion. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads generated through WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta Ads, Practo, and other channels
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations and appointments
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Explain clinic services, consultation procedures, and treatment offerings to prospective patients
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential patients
- Update and maintain patient records and lead status in the CRM system
- Coordinate with doctors and front office staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Meet monthly appointment booking and conversion targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities
- Positive attitude and professional telephone etiquette
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to build relationships and provide outstanding customer service
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, hospitality, healthcare, wellness, or sales will be preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
Compensation
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
