Job Description – Field Sales
Job Purpose:
Drive on-ground sales growth by building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and
institutional buyers for Wattzen's smart lighting and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential retailers, distributors, and B2B customers in assigned territory
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain Wattzen’s value proposition
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations team for timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Represent Wattzen at trade shows, exhibitions, and local events
Requirements:
- Graduate degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Engineering)
- 3–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, lighting, or FMCG
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales revenue achieved vs. target
- Number of new accounts opened
- Customer retention and repeat orders
- Market intelligence reports submitted
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
