The Role
We're looking for an experienced, hands-off-capable Operations Manager to run the day-to-day delivery of our India operations on a part-time basis. This is a metrics-and-exceptions role: you'll keep delivery on track, maintain client confidence, and ensure compliance — without needing to be present every hour of every day. The ideal candidate has run US-facing healthcare operations before and can manage by process, dashboards, and clear escalation rather than constant firefighting.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations delivery: Own day-to-day service delivery against client SLAs, turnaround times, and quality targets across the team.
- Team management: Supervise, coordinate, and support the delivery team; manage workload allocation, performance, and escalations.
- Client relations: Serve as a point of contact for US clients — status reporting, issue resolution, and relationship continuity during the overlapping US-hours window.
- Compliance & data security: Ensure all operations adhere to HIPAA and contractual data-protection requirements; support audits and maintain compliant processes.
- Quality assurance: Monitor accuracy and quality metrics, run root-cause analysis on errors, and drive corrective action.
- Process & reporting: Maintain SOPs, produce regular performance/MIS reports, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Hiring support: Assist with local recruitment, onboarding, and training as the team grows.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
