Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Production Supervisor for our footwear manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and managing manpower on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day footwear production operations.
* Monitor production processes to achieve daily targets and delivery schedules.
* Ensure product quality and adherence to company standards.
* Manage production manpower and allocate tasks efficiently.
* Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and store departments for smooth operations.
* Monitor machine utilization and minimize production downtime.
* Maintain production reports and records.
* Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
* Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
Requirements:
* B.Tech degree (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related field preferred).
* 1–2 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Good understanding of production planning and quality control.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
