Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, Windows systems, and basic network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach to resolving IT issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and business applications.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, LAN/Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP issues.
- Manage Active Directory user accounts, password resets, and domain joining.
- Monitor Windows Server health and perform basic server administration tasks.
- Maintain IT assets, documentation, and support tickets.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and ensure timely incident resolution within SLAs.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support/Desktop Support (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and basic networking.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365, or ITIL are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
