We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Showroom Sales Manager to manage our lighting showroom, handle walk-in customers, improve daily sales, lead the showroom team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong retail sales experience, good communication skills, team management ability, and the confidence to understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into orders.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Handling
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their lighting requirements.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, warranty, installation support, and customization options.
- Convert showroom visitors, phone enquiries, WhatsApp enquiries, and repeat customers into sales.
- Suggest suitable lighting solutions based on customer budget, interior style, room size, and usage.
- Handle high-value customers, interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors professionally.
- Follow up with customers who visited the showroom but did not purchase immediately.
Showroom Management
- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-lit, organized, and visually attractive at all times.
- Maintain proper product display, pricing labels, catalogues, samples, and updated offers.
- Track daily walk-ins, enquiries, quotations, conversions, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with backend, inventory, delivery, and installation teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure all customers receive timely updates regarding order status, delivery, and installation.
Business Development
- Build relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, electricians, and builders.
- Generate repeat business and referrals from existing customers.
- Identify fast-moving products, slow-moving products, and customer demand trends.
- Share suggestions with management to improve sales, product range, pricing, and showroom performance.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
