7–12 Years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Leadership (School/Education Industry preferred)
Qualification:
- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR Analytics are an added advantage.
Job Summary
The Chief Hiring Manager will lead the organization's end-to-end recruitment strategy across all campuses. The role is responsible for workforce planning, hiring leadership and academic talent, developing recruitment strategies, building employer branding, and ensuring timely recruitment of quality candidates to support organizational growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Recruitment
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare annual manpower planning and hiring budgets.
- Forecast recruitment requirements across all departments and campuses.
- Ensure critical positions are filled within the defined timelines.
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for:
- Principals
- Vice Principals
- Coordinators
- Teaching Staff (PGT, TGT, PRT, Montessori)
- Non-Teaching Staff
- Administrative and Leadership Positions
- Conduct executive hiring for senior management roles.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
- Set KPIs and monitor recruiter performance.
- Conduct regular training on sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, campus recruitment, and recruitment agencies.
- Strengthen the organization's employer brand.
- Organize recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and job fairs.
Selection Process
- Design structured interview and assessment processes.
- Coordinate with department heads for technical interviews.
- Ensure quality hiring through competency-based interviews and reference checks.
Recruitment Operations
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as:
- Time-to-Hire
- Cost-per-Hire
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Recruitment Funnel Conversion
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for management.
Compliance
- Ensure recruitment follows company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.

Preferred Candidate

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
