Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Deliver exceptional customer service adhering to US compliance and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet and exceed daily/monthly performance metrics and targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Language: Excellent spoken and written English (Clear articulation, neutral accent).
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in an International BPO/Voice Process (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome!).
- Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in a night/rotational US shift environment.
- Attributes: Strong active listening, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
