Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Presales / Call Center Executives with experience in telecalling, customer interaction, lead generation, and follow-ups. Candidates from Real Estate, Insurance, Healthcare, Spa & Salon, or similar customer-facing industries are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up with leads and qualify prospects
- Explain products/services and generate customer interest
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain lead records in CRM/software
- Ensure timely customer responses and follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Presales, Telecalling, Call Center, or Inside Sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good customer handling and follow-up abilities
- Basic CRM and computer knowledge
