About the Role
Ralakde Enterprises Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to business growth through effective sales strategies and marketplace listings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, lead generation, and cold calling. Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and understanding customer requirements. Present the Company's products and services professionally, tailor solutions to client needs, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales. Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and business development initiatives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM software. Manage and optimise product listings across online marketplaces, ensuring product information, pricing, and availability remain accurate. Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Higher Secondary (Class 12) pass.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a result-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, or Marketplace Listing.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online marketplace platforms.
- Experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
