Key Job Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in industrial and chemical markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and key clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Explore new market segments for company products and expand customer base.
2. Customer Visit & Client Management
- Regular visits to customers, distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable chemical product solutions.
- Build strong long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
3. Product Promotion & Marketing
- Promote company products to manufacturers, industrial buyers, and B2B customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain technical specifications to clients.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry-related promotional activities.
- Support branding and promotional campaigns for company products.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Gather market intelligence and share reports with management.
- Identify customer demand trends and recommend strategies for business growth.
5. Coordination with Production & Dispatch Team
- Coordinate with production team regarding order planning and product availability.
- Follow up on dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Work closely with logistics and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
6. Quotation & Order Management
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure closure of sales opportunities.
- Maintain records of inquiries, orders, and customer communications.
7. Payment Collection & Documentation
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and receivables.
- Maintain customer account details and ensure payment collection within credit terms.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales visit reports and update management.
8. Technical Understanding of Products
- Maintain knowledge of chemical products, applications, specifications, and safety standards.
- Explain product usage, benefits, and technical details to customers confidently.
- Coordinate with technical team for product trials or customer demonstrations if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in Chemical Manufacturing / Industrial Chemical Sales preferred
- Good network with industrial clients, distributors, and dealers
- Willingness to travel for business development and customer meetings
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
