General Manager – Real Estate Job Description
A General Manager (GM) in the real estate industry is responsible for handling the overall operations, sales performance, staff management, client coordination, and business growth of a real estate company or project. The GM ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization while achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations of real estate projects and office activities
- Lead and supervise sales, telecalling, marketing, reception, and site teams
- Develop sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and closing of deals
- Coordinate with developers, contractors, legal teams, and channel partners
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely updates to customers
- Recruit, train, and motivate employees for better performance
- Prepare reports related to sales, expenses, and business growth
- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve escalations professionally
- Ensure company policies and real estate regulations are properly followed

Qualification:

- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in real estate or sales management preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
