Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in bulk hiring, especially for Telecalling, Education Counsellor, Admission Counsellor, and BPO profiles. The candidate must be proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling end-to-end recruitment independently while coordinating closely with senior management for faster closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for Telecalling, Education Counsellor, Admission Counsellor, and BPO profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, employee referrals, and calling-based recruitment.
- Conduct daily sourcing and calling activities to maintain a strong interview pipeline.
- Ensure timely closures as per monthly hiring targets.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Management
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and walk-in interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist relevant candidates based on role requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to reduce interview dropouts and improve joining ratios.
- Coordinate with senior management for interview feedback and final closures.
Onboarding & Documentation
- Handle offer rollouts, joining formalities, and candidate documentation.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding and joining confirmation.
- Ensure proper post-joining follow-up and employee engagement during the initial phase.
- Track offer-to-joining ratio and work on improving hiring conversions.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and candidate databases.
- Share regular hiring updates and reports with management.
- Work on process improvements to reduce hiring turnaround time (TAT).
- Support recruitment branding and hiring campaigns when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of recruitment experience in bulk hiring.
- Strong exposure to Education Sector and BPO hiring.
- Hands-on experience in telecalling-based recruitment and mass hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and candidate closure abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and recruitment coordination.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong closure records in bulk hiring environments are highly preferred.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve recruitment targets consistently.
