Responsible for overseeing a fully equipped machine shop to ensure on-time delivery to customers. This includes effective manpower management, continuous monitoring of machine output, and maintaining operational efficiency to meet production targets.
Responsible for effective machine planning and scheduling to optimize production flow, ensuring timely preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines, and maintaining overall company-wide 5S standards to promote a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
