The Vice President – Workforce and IT Training, Strategic Alliances and Product Commercialization will lead the global growth and operational success of MSM’s workforce development and IT training portfolio. The role focuses on building a future-ready workforce through high-impact training programs, digital certifications, and career-aligned learning pathways in collaboration with global partners. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in tech and workforce development, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for closing skills gaps through education and innovation.
1. Strategic Leadership and Business Growth
Define and execute the global growth strategy for workforce development and IT training programs.
Lead the design, development, and rollout of market-relevant courses in technology, digital skills, and vocational training aligned to industry needs.
Build and scale partnerships with governments, corporates, NGOs, and academic institutions to drive large-scale impact.
2. Program Innovation and Delivery
Oversee career-focused training offerings in Software Development, Cybersecurity, Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, UI/UX, and related domains.
Ensure programs align with leading industry certifications such as AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA, and Google.
Drive blended learning models combining instructor-led, online, and experiential learning formats.
3. Partnerships and Ecosystem Engagement
Develop and maintain strategic alliances with technology companies, government skill development agencies, workforce boards, and international bodies.
Represent MSM at national and international forums, workforce summits, and education and technology panels as a thought leader.
Work closely with placement and career services teams to enable internships, apprenticeships, and employment pathways for learners.
4. Operational and Academic Excellence
Lead cross-functional teams of program managers, trainers, instructional designers, and technologists to deliver scalable, high-quality programs.
Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track learner outcomes, program effectiveness, and placement success.
Ensure compliance with relevant accreditation, regulatory, and quality assurance standards.
5. P&L Management
Own the P&L for the Workforce and IT Training vertical, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost optimization.
Deliver on financial and impact goals while maintaining high learner satisfaction and retention.
6. Data and Technology Integration
Use learning analytics, LMS platforms, and dashboards for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Support digital innovation in curriculum delivery, virtual labs, assessments, and AI-enabled learning experiences.
