Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Cambridge AS & A Level Economics and Accountancy.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, teaching resources, assessments, and learning activities aligned with the Cambridge curriculum and examination requirements.
- Prepare students effectively for Cambridge IGCSE, AS and A Level examinations, including past-paper practice, revision, and examination techniques.
- Teach core concepts of Economics and Accountancy using practical examples, case studies, current business/economic developments, and real-world applications.
- Assess and monitor student progress through classwork, assignments, projects, tests, and examinations.
- Provide constructive and timely feedback to students and identify areas requiring additional academic support.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the learning needs and abilities of individual students.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement, progress, attendance, and academic performance.
- Support students in developing critical thinking, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, numerical, and communication skills.
- Participate in departmental planning, curriculum development, academic reviews, and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues and academic leadership to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and assessment practices.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding students' academic progress and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with Cambridge syllabus changes, assessment objectives, examination requirements, and best teaching practices.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and inclusive school environment while maintaining high standards of professional conduct.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
