Hiring: Accountant
We are looking for a responsible, confident, and fully dedicated candidate for the position of Accountant. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who is disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the company’s accounts and financial records efficiently.
The selected candidate will work closely with the management team and will be provided proper guidance and training according to the company’s accounting system. Candidates with a background in B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or Accounting will be preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries and financial records
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment records
- Handle invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and documentation
- Manage bank entries, cash records, and account reconciliation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Maintain ledgers and update accounts regularly
- Assist with GST, TDS, taxation, and compliance-related work
- Coordinate with management, clients, vendors, and staff regarding payments and accounts
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records
- Handle accounting software, spreadsheets, data entry, and computer-based reports
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting work
- Support management in budgeting, financial planning, and account-related decisions
Candidate Requirements
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or accounting-qualified candidates will be preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is required
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping will be an advantage
- Candidate must have good computer and documentation skills
- Should be responsible, punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to manage confidential financial information
- Good communication and coordination skills are required
- Candidate should be dedicated to long-term growth with the company
- Local candidates from Ludhiana will be preferred
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge can also apply
