Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Line Quality Engineer with experience in Machine Shop manufacturing processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through in-process inspection, final inspection, and supplier quality activities while maintaining customer quality standards.
Required Skills
- Instrument handling knowledge
- GD&T knowledge
- Drawing reading and interpretation
- Knowledge in basic quality documents
- Basic knowledge in CAPA preparation
- In-process and final inspection knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability
Roles & ResponsibilitiesProduction Quality
- Conduct setting approval before production start
- Perform in-process inspection as per Control Plan frequency
- Identify and control defective parts during production
- Maintain inspection records and quality documents
Final Quality
- Perform final inspection as per customer requirements
- Prepare inspection and quality reports
- Handle development part inspection and quality control
Supplier Quality
- Conduct supplier setting approval
- Perform final inspection clearance at supplier end
- Monitor supplier rejection and rework activities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Machine Shop quality activities
- Good understanding of measuring instruments and gauges
- Knowledge of customer quality requirements
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
