Job Title: CRM Executive

Job Summary:
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, handling admissions inquiries, maintaining the CRM database, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring an excellent parent experience throughout the admissions journey. The role requires strong communication, organization, and data management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management
- Manage all inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Enter and update lead details accurately in the CRM system.
- Assign leads to the concerned team members when required.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date customer records.
Follow-up & Admissions
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective parents.
- Schedule school visits, counseling sessions, and demo classes.
- Track admission progress from inquiry to enrollment.
- Ensure no lead is missed and all follow-ups are completed on time.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate customer data.
- Update lead status, remarks, and follow-up dates.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Identify duplicate or inactive records and maintain database quality.
Parent Relationship Management
- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing parents.
- Address basic admission-related queries.
- Coordinate with counselors, teachers, and management for smooth communication.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the admission process.
Reporting
- Prepare daily lead reports.
- Share admission conversion reports.
- Monitor inquiry sources and conversion ratios.
- Present CRM performance reports to management.
Coordination
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team regarding campaign-generated leads.
- Work closely with the Admissions and Front Office teams.
- Support admission events, open houses, and promotional activities.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, admissions, customer service, sales, or education.
- Experience in the preschool or education sector is preferred.
