Handle breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhauling of Atlas Copco air compressors. Maintain compressors to ensure optimum performance, reliability, and minimum downtime. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-related issues in air compressor systems. Perform planned and preventive maintenance as per OEM recommendations and maintenance schedules. Monitor compressor performance, operating parameters, and energy efficiency. Carry out major/minor overhauling and replacement of critical components as required. Maintain equipment history, breakdown reports, preventive maintenance records, and service documentation. Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted utility availability. Support spare-parts planning and ensure availability of critical compressor spares. Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, EHS, and statutory safety requirements.
