What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our software products
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of cooperative banks, Patsanstha, and NBFCs
- Take regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
- Pitch and demo our products with support from the team
- Send polite payment reminders and coordinate with clients
- Act as the first point of contact and represent SyncWorks professionally
- Maintain call and lead records in CRM
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Confident on calls and comfortable speaking to clients
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, CRM)
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude for daily work
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
