Our strength comes from combining creative production with marketing. We have years of experience running a video production house in India with the same vision — creating eye-catching visuals that don’t just look good, but are designed to attract customers and generate business.
Now, as we expand our UK operations, we’re looking for a passionate and commercially minded professional who can help us take this vision further.
The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Performance Marketing & Growth who can take ownership of both:
* Generating new business for We Do Effects UK
* Driving measurable growth for our existing clients
You will work closely with our creative and production team to turn compelling visuals into lead-generating and sales-focused marketing campaigns.
You will also help us use the same creative and performance marketing expertise to grow our own We Do Effects UK brand, generate enquiries and bring new clients into the business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Identify and generate new business opportunities
* Build relationships with UK-based businesses and decision-makers
* Generate leads through outbound, digital and social channels
* Present our creative, social media and performance marketing services
* Convert prospects into long-term clients
* Develop new strategies to increase our client base in the UK
Performance Marketing
* Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns
* Work with Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant platforms
* Develop campaigns focused on leads, enquiries, bookings and sales
* Analyse campaign performance and optimise for better ROI
* Understand customer journeys, targeting, retargeting and conversion strategies
* Work with our creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
Client Growth
* Take responsibility for the marketing growth of assigned clients
* Understand each client’s business, audience and objectives
* Create marketing strategies around our visual content
* Track leads, conversions and campaign performance
* Identify opportunities to improve results and increase client revenue
* Present performance insights and growth recommendations to clients
Our Own Brand
* Develop performance campaigns for We Do Effects UK
* Turn our creative videos and visuals into lead-generation campaigns
* Help grow our social media presence and online enquiries
* Experiment with new marketing ideas, trends and acquisition strategies
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is creative, ambitious and commercially driven.
You could be a great fit if you:
* Have experience in performance marketing and/or business development
* Understand Meta Ads, Google Ads and digital lead generation
* Know how to convert attention into enquiries and customers
* Have strong communication and presentation skills
* Are comfortable speaking with clients and closing business
* Understand social media marketing and content-driven advertising
* Can analyse campaign data and make decisions based on performance
* Are proactive and willing to take ownership
* Want exposure to UK clients and the UK business market
* Think beyond simply “running ads” and focus on actual business growth
