Job Title: Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can inspire teams, exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Role & responsibilities
· Generating leads.
· Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
· Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
· Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
· Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
· Giving sales presentations to prospective clients.
· Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
· Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
· Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
· Provide training, support, and documentation to stakeholders
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
· Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
· Identify, engage, and close enterprise corporate clients, including SMEs, large corporations, and multinational companies.
· Build a robust sales pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, partnerships, and channel networks.
· Conduct market research and territory mapping to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
· Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue.
· Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, HR, Admin, MD).
Preferred candidate profile
· Strong consultative corporate sales capabilities with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
· Ability to build and sustain client relationships and networks in Hyderabad corporate ecosystem.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Goal driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
· Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
· Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing/Management or equivalent; MBA preferred.
· 5 - 15 years of experience in corporate sales, business development
· Proven track record of high-value deal closures and exceeding sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,535.30 - ₹45,000.00 per month
