About the Role
Osumare Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading digital marketing and branding agency, is looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our sales and revenue growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate must possess a mandatory background in Agency Sales. If you have a proven track record of converting high-value leads into long-term partnerships and possess a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Acquisition & Sales
- Drive end-to-end business development for digital marketing services.
- Convert qualified inbound leads into paying clients by presenting tailored service solutions.
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities through strategic outreach.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a structured, KPI-driven approach.
2. Solution Pitching & Proposal Management
- Prepare compelling, visually appealing sales presentations and customized pitches.
- Present diverse digital solutions including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Web Development.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and the final closure process.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted consultant.
- Deeply understand client pain points and growth goals to offer effective solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
4. Market Strategy & Collaboration
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales avenues.
- Work with the marketing team to refine pitch decks and value propositions.
- Coordinate with operations and client servicing teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience. Proven sales experience specifically in Digital Marketing services or Agency sales is MANDATORY.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and various digital marketing platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant, professional personality.
- Sales Skills: High-impact presentation skills and a mastery of persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Mindset: Target-driven, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced agency environment.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
