- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration Database & CI Management.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing and maintaining configuration items within complex IT environments.
- Ability to analyze system configurations and identify discrepancies or potential issues.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques used for configuration tracking and change management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration Database & CI Management.
