About the Role
Aeroplay Entertainment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing systems and networks, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and maintaining hardware and software assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Resolve user tickets and assist employees with technical queries and system configurations.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, LAN/WAN networks, and cloud-based systems.
- Monitor and implement cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and user access controls.
- Manage hardware and software deployment, licensing, upgrades, and regular system maintenance.
- Perform data backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related support and procurement.
- Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Network Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of network protocols, system administration, and basic scripting/programming concepts.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, access management, and endpoint protection tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize support requests, and work independently.
