Position Title: Senior Backend .NET Developer

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled C# .NET Core Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance backend systems. You will develop scalable REST APIs, robust background Windows Services, and next-generation AI integrations utilizing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) via the official MCP C# SDK.
Key Responsibilities
- API Development: Build and optimize fast, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs using modern ASP.NET Core.
- Background Processing: Design and manage long-running background tasks and system automation via reliable Windows Services and Worker Services.
- AI Tool Integration: Implement and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and clients to securely expose internal tools and data context to AI models.
- System Integration: Bridge backend data logic safely between core business databases, third-party web services, and AI agents.
- Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, testable code, perform peer code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Core Languages: Strong proficiency in C# and modern .NET Core / .NET 8/9/10.
- Service Architecture: Deep understanding of building and hosting Windows Services and background workers.
- Web Standards: Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs, JSON schemas, and HTTP protocols.
- Emerging Tech: Familiarity or hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI extension patterns in .NET.
- Databases: Solid knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and data querying optimization.
