Job Title: Senior Manager – International & Domestic Holiday Packages
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Holiday Packages to design and manage customized international and domestic travel packages. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in itinerary planning, costing, supplier coordination, and closing high-value travel sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Design customized international and domestic holiday packages (FIT & Group).
- Handle popular destinations including Europe, USA, UK, Australia.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and competitive package costing.
- Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies) and international suppliers.
- Provide visa documentation guidance to clients.
- Manage client quotations, follow-ups, and close sales effectively.
- Handle amendments, cancellations, and re-bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain and update CRM / lead management systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in international holiday packages.
- Strong knowledge of itinerary planning and package costing.
- Experience handling Europe and other long-haul destinations is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
- Good understanding of visa requirements for major destinations.
- Experience working with DMCs and travel suppliers.
- Familiarity with CRM or travel lead management systems.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a travel agency (not only OTA call center).
- Ability to close high-value international travel packages.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
