Role:
Own organic social growth and community engagement to drive app downloads in the UK trades market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create post and manage:
- Instagram Reels (5/week)
- Facebook (3 posts/day)
- LinkedIn (5 posts/week)
- Daily engagement in UK trade Facebook groups (10+ groups)
- Support short-form video posting (Reels/Shorts)
- Respond to all comments, DMs, and app reviews (within 2–4 hours)
- Promote referral programme weekly across all platforms
- Coordinate with content writer for captions and content
KPIs:
- 500+ followers/month
- 200+ installs/month from social + referrals (by Month 2)
- Daily engagement activity (no gaps)
- Consistent posting output
Requirements:
- 1–3 years social media experience
- Hands-on posting + community management experience
- Comfortable engaging in groups and conversations
- Understanding of UK audience tone (preferred)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
