What You'll Do:
- 80-100 daily calls to student/parent leads
- WhatsApp/email follow-ups
- Book meetings, handle objections, close admissions
- Target: 8-10 admissions/month/counsellor
Who We're Looking For:
- 1 year in education sales/telemarketing/counselling
- Fluent English + Hindi/Odia
- Age 20-30, any graduation (Commerce/BBA preferred)
- Target-driven, comfortable with CRM tools
- Can work 9am-6pm shifts
