Job Description:
1. Sales Target Achievement
- Ensure to meet the mutually decided sales target on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Monitor individual performance against assigned targets through daily reports.
- Maintain the required Average Selling Price (ASP) while closing deals.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
2. Sales Team Management
- Set weekly targets aligned with monthly objectives.
- Work closely with the PMS Manager to monitor team productivity and output.
3. Project Pipeline Development
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of solar rooftop projects.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
- Ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and project opportunities.
4. Project Acquisition
- Ensure timely acquisition of project files/orders to meet monthly revenue goals.
- To ensure siter visit effectiveness and a minimum 40% conversion rate must be maintained for visited leads
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for proposal preparation and project feasibility.
- Oversee negotiations and contract closures with customers.
- Assessing self-site visit productivity and ensuring maximum business generation
- Generating Referral business from existing self-closed customers
5. Cash Flow Management
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments as per agreed milestones.
- Monitor cash inflows from secured projects.
- Work with the finance team to ensure healthy project cash flow.
6. Market Development
- Build relationships with channel partners, builders, industries, and consultants.

Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, EPC, building material industry or infrastructure industry
- Experience managing a sales team and handling B2B/B2C project sales

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
