Ramada by Wyndham Goa Vagator is looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping Department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and manage the Housekeeping team
✔ Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet brand standards
✔ Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and preventive maintenance standards
✔ Manage housekeeping inventories, linen, uniforms, and guest supplies
✔ Prepare departmental budgets and control costs effectively
✔ Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
✔ Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to enhance guest experience
✔ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a reputed hotel/resort
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standards
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to manage manpower, budgets, and departmental KPIs
