- Handle all the document verification and compilation for confirm orders transmitted by Marketing department.
- To verify Customer PO and ensure that it matches with our “delivery orders (DO)”.
- To prepare documents for export, delivery to forwarder etc.
- Verify the quantity, UM, and the unit price in DO are updated correct.
- To record and update endorsed copies of bonded permits received after delivery.
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
