About the Role :
Support the smooth functioning of the department laboratories.The role involves assisting faculty and students during laboratory sessions, supporting practical classes and departmental activities, and ensuring the effective maintenance and operation of laboratory facilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science (or) Information Technology
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge or candidates with relevant laboratory/technical support experience are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and laboratory equipment.
- Prepare laboratories for practical sessions and examinations.
- Assist faculty and students during laboratory sessions and projects.
- Install and update software, operating systems, and technical tools.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Basic troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking, or IoT platforms will be an added advantage
