Job Title: Factory Manager

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 (Gross per month)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations at our E-Vehicle production facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end factory operations and production processes
- Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet targets
- Ensure quality control and adherence to manufacturing standards
- Manage workforce, including supervision, training, and performance monitoring
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization
- Handle breakdowns, troubleshooting, and ensure minimal downtime
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Higher qualifications preferred)
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in a similar role
Preferred Industry Background:
- Electric Vehicles (EV)
- Automobile Industry
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with factory safety regulations and compliance
- Good communication and organizational skills
