We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Corporate Pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations across corporate clinics and healthcare units. The candidate will be responsible for medicine dispensing, stock handling, medicine delivery coordination, inventory management, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and patient-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities Pharmacy Operations
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
- Verify prescriptions and ensure proper dosage and medication safety.
- Provide medication counseling and guidance to patients when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and pharmacy ethics.
Medicine Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate medicine delivery to clinics, patients, and healthcare units.
- Ensure timely dispatch and tracking of medicines.
- Monitor delivery schedules and maintain delivery records.
- Coordinate with delivery staff and clinic teams for smooth operations.
Stock & Inventory Management
- Maintain proper stock levels of medicines and medical supplies.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks.
- Monitor expiry dates and remove near-expiry or expired medicines.
- Handle medicine procurement and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.
- Prepare stock reports and update inventory systems regularly.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for medicines as per guidelines.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation of medicine stock, invoices, and prescriptions.
- Assist during internal audits and inspections.
- Ensure narcotic and controlled medicines are documented properly.
Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, clinic managers, and operations teams.
- Support corporate healthcare initiatives and pharmacy-related programs.
- Handle patient queries and resolve pharmacy-related concerns professionally.
- Assist management in improving pharmacy workflow and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm).
- Valid Pharmacy Council Registration.
- Minimum 1–2 years of pharmacy experience preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management and pharmacy software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, inventory software, billing systems).
