· 7+ years of experience in Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering / Solution Consulting
· Strong understanding of sales processes and enterprise solution selling
· Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
· Experience in creating proposals, solution architectures, and documentation
· Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and presentation tools
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
· Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable IT solutions
· Lead end-to-end solution design, including architecture, integrations, and cost estimations
· Deliver impactful client presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
· Own and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with high-quality technical and commercial inputs
· Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the pre-sales lifecycle
· Support deal closure by addressing technical queries, risks, and objections
· Collaborate with delivery, product, and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility
· Mentor and guide junior pre-sales team members
· Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
