Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and knowledgeable Fashion Designing Faculty member to join our institute. The candidate will be responsible for teaching fashion design concepts, guiding students in practical projects, and helping them develop strong design and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach fashion design subjects such as garment construction, textile science, fashion illustration, and pattern making.
- Train students in both theoretical and practical aspects of fashion designing.
- Guide students in creating portfolios, fashion collections, and design projects.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and design activities.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends and industry practices.
- Evaluate student assignments, projects, and practical work.
- Support students in preparing for fashion shows, exhibitions, and competitions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design / Fashion Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and fashion illustration.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software (preferred).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Creativity and strong design sense.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry standards.
Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience.
