Core Responsibilities Breakdown
- Project Planning & Design Coordination: Translate creative design concepts into structured, workable execution plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), manage material forecasting, oversee procurement, and track cash flow to avoid cost overruns.
- Site Management & Quality Assurance: Lead daily on-site activities, ensuring all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), civil, and finishing works strictly adhere to quality standards and design specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
