Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into customers through effective sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential clients.
- Explain products or services clearly and address customer queries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline).
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer support with sales responsibilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
