Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and onboard SMEs, corporates, and entrepreneurs seeking funding solutions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for funding products.
- Negotiate and close deals with promoters, CFOs, and decision-makers.
- Relationship Management
- Build long-term partnerships with clients, investors, and financial institutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client servicing and repeat business.
- Market Development
- Expand Prosperity Peak’s presence across industries and geographies.
- Represent the firm at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with credit managers and corporate relationship managers to structure deals.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven track record in financial services.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, debt instruments, and structured funding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for CXO-level engagement.
- Ability to develop networks and leverage industry contacts for business growth.
- Analytical mindset for deal structuring and risk assessment.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or financial advisory.
- Prior exposure to SME lending, bill discounting, or investment advisory/Banking/NBFC is a plus.
Compensation & Growth
- Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
