Architect (Residential Builder Floors)
Location: West Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
About Us
We are an established construction company with over 30 years of experience, specializing in premium furnished builder floors. We are looking for an in-house Architect who can contribute to both architectural planning and interior design to help create unique residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Design residential builder floor projects from concept to execution.
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings.
- Develop functional interior layouts, material selections, and design concepts.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors during project execution.
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed accurately.
Requirements
- B.Arch. degree.
- 0–5 years of experience in residential architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
- Good understanding of interior design, space planning, and construction drawings.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
